theCaseWork™ Appoints Veteran Sales Leader Wes Young to Advisory Board
Young joins as Sales Advisor, bringing more than 25 years of experience building teams, developing new sales channels, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
PAYSON, UT, UNITED STATES, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- theCaseWork™, the AI-native client delivery and profitability platform for GRC consulting firms, today announced the appointment of Wes Young to its Advisory Board as Sales Advisor.
Young brings more than 25 years of sales, business development, marketing, and commercial leadership experience across technology, healthcare, life sciences, and service-based organizations. He will advise theCaseWork on go-to-market strategy, sales operations, channel development, team structure, and the processes required to build a scalable revenue organization.
“Wes understands that sustainable growth requires more than simply generating leads—it requires the right strategy, processes, metrics, and culture,” said Bryce Holloway, Founder and CEO of theCaseWork. “He has built sales teams, launched new channels, improved sales operations, and led organizations through every stage of the revenue journey. His practical experience will be invaluable as we bring theCaseWork to more GRC consulting firms and continue building a repeatable, customer-focused sales engine.”
Young currently serves as Associate Director of Business Development Excellence at BD, where his work focuses on sales and process improvement. Previously, he served as National Sales Director for Culligan Pure Waters, leading initiatives to improve sales processes, CRM and KPI accuracy, household sales performance, and commercial business development.
Earlier in his career, Young served as Director of Business Development at WCG and Vice President of Sales at Skipio. At Skipio, he built and led teams across channel sales, customer success, sales development, and account management. He also developed sales training programs, compensation plans, performance metrics, and quotas. Under his leadership, the company launched a new product that grew to represent 18 percent of total revenue and established a channel program responsible for 20 percent of revenue.
Young also spent nearly 12 years with Leica Biosystems in a series of progressively senior sales, marketing, and commercial leadership positions. His responsibilities included overseeing major North American product groups, leading regional sales organizations, developing strategic accounts, building digital lead-generation capabilities, and creating sales training and onboarding programs. His career began with sales and leadership roles at IBM and Ventana Medical Systems, where he earned recognition including Rookie of the Year and two President’s Club awards.
“theCaseWork is addressing a challenge that directly affects growth: the disconnect between what is sold and how the work is ultimately delivered,” said Young. “When scope, execution, time, and billing are connected, firms can create a better experience for their clients while protecting profitability. I’m excited to work with Bryce, Rhonda, and the advisory team to develop a disciplined sales strategy that helps theCaseWork reach the firms that need this platform.”
As Sales Advisor, Young will help theCaseWork refine its sales methodology, strengthen market positioning, establish measurable sales processes, explore channel opportunities, and align customer acquisition with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
His appointment comes as theCaseWork expands its work with GRC consulting firms seeking a more connected way to manage client engagements. The platform brings discovery, Statements of Work, deliverables, milestones, evidence, remediation, time, invoicing, and profitability into one operating system. Casey, the platform’s AI teammate, helps firms turn client conversations into governed engagements, identify delivery risks, and move completed work toward revenue faster.
