• Tobacco Science Research Conference (TSRC) in Charlotte, N.C. on September 21: Conference where researchers, regulators and tobacco industry scientists present and discuss research as it relates to tobacco and nicotine products. 
• Marina Murphy and Lindsay Reese, Senior Scientific Content Manager at Haypp Group, will present on the topic of “Compositional Profiling of Nicotine Pouches: Insights from 400+ Products Tested in 2025.”  
• Food & Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI) Tobacco and Nicotine Products Regulation and Policy Conference in Washington, D.C., on October 7: A conference dedicated to regulating the full spectrum of tobacco and nicotine products in the United States and attended by public health leaders, researchers, manufacturers, attorneys, consumer advocates, entrepreneurs as well as federal and state regulators. 
• Laura Leigh Oyler will moderate a discussion titled, “The State of Nicotine—Flavors, Fees, and Federalism!” The panel will examine the past year’s state-level tobacco and nicotine policy developments, including flavor restrictions, oral nicotine and nicotine analog regulation, tax policy and retail licensing frameworks, with a focus on how an expanding patchwork of state and local rules is shaping product availability, market structure and future policy direction.
