Luminary Cloud Appoints Cong Ho as Senior Vice President of Finance

Ho will lead financial strategy and scaling efforts as Luminary expands its leadership in Physics AI

SAN MATEO, CA, UNITED STATES, January 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Luminary Cloud today announced that Cong Ho has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Finance. Ho will report to CEO Pete Schlampp and will lead all financial operations, including strategic planning, financial reporting, and business model innovation as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.

Ho brings a strong track record of building and scaling finance organizations across high growth technology companies. His background includes leadership roles spanning financial strategy, pricing, analytics, and operational excellence. He has guided teams through rapid expansion, evolving business models, and preparation for future fundraising and long term scale.

Ho joins Luminary at a time of accelerated momentum. In recent months the company closed a $72 million Series B round led by N47 with participation from Sutter Hill Ventures and NVIDIA’s venture arm. Luminary also unveiled a major collaboration with Northrop Grumman and NVIDIA to develop a new Physics AI model for spacecraft component design, further solidifying its position as the leader in this emerging category.

Ho brings more than 15 years of financial leadership experience across high growth technology companies. Earlier in his career he held revenue accounting and finance roles at RingCentral, Electronic Arts, gaining deep experience in operational finance, revenue strategy, and financial systems. His background building finance organizations from early stage through expansion equips him to support Luminary’s long term growth and strengthen the company’s financial foundation.
