Provide Your Input on Jefferson County’s Land Use Regulation Updates
Jefferson County is updating land use regulations that apply to unincorporated areas within the county. These regulations include four different documents: the Zoning Resolution, the Land Development Regulation, the Transportation and Design and Construction Manual, and the Storm Drainage and Technical Design Criteria. These documents make up the Unified Land Use Code (ULUC). This is the final piece of our Together Jeffco Project, which included community engagement over the past three years.
Jefferson County staff is collecting feedback from employees and the public on changes to the ULUC. The deadline to provide input is Oct. 18. Be sure to share this information with your friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers.
- October 1: 5-7 p.m., McCormack Hall at the Apex Community Recreation Center, 6842 Wadsworth Blvd in Arvada
- October 5: 5-7 p.m., Foothills Peak Center, 6612 S Ward Street in Littleton
- October 7: 5:30-7:30, Clear Creek Room, Jefferson County Administration and Courts Facility, 100 Jefferson County Parkway in Golden
- October 13: 5:30-7:30, Aspen Park Community Center, 26215 Sutton Road in Conifer

Key Highlights in the ULUC:
- Zoning regulations that outline allowed land uses, minimum lot sizes and building setbacks

- Updates per recommendations from Jeffco guiding documents, such as the Comprehensive Plan and 15-Year Housing Strategic Plan
